Premature Baby Prayer Page

Today we added a new page to our website. A Preemie Prayer page!

Lots of times, we are asked to remember various premature babies in our thoughts and prayers. We thought it would be nice to create a place preemie parents, grandparents, family members and friends to post prayer request for the new preemie in their life. Prayer request can be sent to prayers@preemieproud.com or they can be posted to this preemie blog.

I remember the overwhelming number of people we had praying for our daughter when she was born. Honestly, I don't know where we would have been today without all of those prayers.

If you would like to post a entry to our blog, please do.....share our blog page with others that may want to post entries for your baby or others. Or anyone that may be willing to pray for these babies as they are listed. We really would like this to be an active preemie blog for parents and families to use. (If you have trouble posting to our blog, please let us know contactus@preemieproud.com

Entries can also be made to our email address and will be posted daily to our prayer page on our website.

Hopefully, this will be a nice addition to our website and positive thing for all.

  1. Please pray for our baby, Olivia Rose. She was born at 34 weeks due to a rupture in the amniotic sac. She has never been on a ventilator, but has problems coordinating eating, breathing and swallowing. We are scared every time we feed her because she stops breathing and the hospital will not release her until she takes all of her bottles with no issues. She also stops breathing when she's sleeping. Please pray for us. We are burdened beyond belief and we have a 17 month old son who needs our love and care, too. We have no one to help us; it's just me and my husband. Thanks.

  2. Thank you for sharing your story with us. I have added your prayer request to our Facebook page - Preemie Proud and some of our members have already written comments back. If you would like, please visit our facebook page to see what has been posted. We will continue to think of your family and will send up a few extra prayers for that sweet baby.
